Payment Methods
Bank transfer
Payment Terms
To maintain a healthy professional partnership and project momentum, a 5% monthly fee applies to overdue invoices. We reserve the right to pause active development until payments are settled.
Refund Policy
Full refund before work starts. Partial refund based on work completed. No refund after delivery
Delivery
Via email, Github, Google Drive, or direct deployment. 7 days review period
Intellectual Property
Full ownership transfers to client upon final payment. We retain portfolio rights
Confidentiality
We keep all client information and project details confidential
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability limited to amount paid for the specific project
Governing Law
Laws of Pakistan. Disputes resolved in courts of Pakistan

2. Payment Models
